Production Park has announced its first major project with ITV, as it confirms it has been chosen to host the semi-final and final of The Voice UK.
Lifted Entertainment (an ITV Studios label) will record the climactic episodes of one of ITV’s biggest entertainment shows at Production Park later this year, in front of an audience of around 500 people. The set will be built in Studio 005, with Studio 001 also being used as a main production area.
The studio complex near Wakefield in West Yorkshire has previously hosted several TV and film projects including Netflix’s smash hit crime drama Adolescence starring Stephen Graham and youngest-ever Emmy winner Owen Cooper.
This will be the first time that The Voice UK’s iconic red chairs and celebrity coaches have come to Yorkshire.
