AI is transforming the creative and marketing industries at pace – but every agency is taking a different path. To understand how leaders are adapting, Prolific North are collaborating with AI consultancy twisted loop and research partners Mustard on a new AI Adoption Benchmarking Survey for marketing agencies.
The survey explores everything from how agencies are currently using AI, to the opportunities it creates, the challenges it poses, and the strategies being put in place to adapt. It also looks at the pace of adoption, investment in AI talent and training, and whether agencies see AI as a tactical tool or a driver of long-term growth.
Open to anyone working for a marketing agency, the survey will capture views across the industry and build a clear picture of adoption today. We’re actively encouraging several colleagues from the same agency to participate, to help create a more complete picture across the industry.
By taking part, you’ll:

The survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete based on your answers, and your responses will remain confidential, analysed only in aggregate by independent research agency Mustard alongside collaborators twisted loop and Prolific North.
