Manchester-based adtech specialist Skyrise is set to relocate its operations to Gary Neville’s recently opened, Gilbanks managed serviced offices at No. 1 St Michael’s, joining the first wave of occupiers in the £400 million city-centre development.
Skyrise is an advertising technology company that provides advertisers and agencies with a real-world alternative to buying, planning, and measuring media. It builds data-driven audiences using anonymised network intelligence, location data, transactional insights, and real-world behavioural patterns. The approach enables more precise, effective campaigns across all channels.

Gilbanks’ St Michael’s site supports the development’s Net Zero Carbon goals, incorporating recycled materials and a considered approach to waste reduction. It is expected to become Manchester’s first fully Net-Zero Carbon commercial development, both in construction and operation.
The site has already attracted major occupiers, including insurance group AXA, which is relocating its Manchester team to the building. AXA will occupy space designed to accommodate 70 people, benefiting from cutting-edge technology and a workspace designed to enhance productivity.
