Manchester and London-based PR Agency One has been appointed to handle consumer PR and social media for one of the UK’s biggest providers of weight loss drugs as demand for the drugs surges.
GLP-1 and dual-agonist weight loss medicines such as Wegovy and Mounjaro have dominated headlines in recent months, with both demand and debate continuing to grow. Now Oushk Pharmacy, one of the UK’s largest providers of the treatments, has tasked PR Agency One with steering its content strategy and positioning clinical director Hira Hussain as a healthcare thought leader, as well as promoting Oushk’s patient-centred approach to weight management and personalised care.
As part of the brief, the agency will also oversee content strategy and creation for TikTok and Instagram, with all activity underpinned by compliance playbooks to ensure alignment with UK advertising standards and healthcare regulations.
