Modern World Business Solutions, one of the UK’s fastest-growing payment and business solutions companies, has announced the opening of a major new office in central Newcastle, creating over 100 skilled jobs this year across sales, customer service, and technical support.
This expansion marks a pivotal moment in Modern World Business Solution’s nationwide scale-up strategy and reflects a long-term commitment to investing in
regional talent and high-growth sectors in the North East.
The new office will serve as a strategic hub for operations, training, and customer engagement, strengthening the company’s ability to serve its expanding client base across the UK and Europe.

Founded in 2018, Modern World Business Solutions provides digital payment and business technology to SMEs, hospitality, and retail sectors, and has grown revenue by over 500% in the past three years.
With hybrid roles, training pathways, and high-impact career progression, the company is actively recruiting in the region and expects to employ over 200 people by the end of 2027. The team will be based at Hoults Yard in Newcastle
The announcement follows Modern World Business Solutions recent nomination as a Scale-Up Business of the Year finalist in the Lloyds Bank British Business
Excellence Awards.
