After 21 years of experience as a successful marketing agency serving a global client list from its West Yorkshire base, Wish has developed and launched its own proprietary SaaS platform – Wisdom – to solve the everyday operational pain points faced by all agencies.
The new platform, Wisdom, is the culmination of decades spent juggling project budgets, forecasting, client relationships, timesheets, invoicing and retainers across multiple tools that never quite fit the way real agencies work.
Chris Kell, director at Wish and now also MD of Wisdom, led the creation of the platform after years of agency experience. “We tried almost every agency tool out there,” said Chris. “Nothing gave us the clarity we needed across projects, retainers, and financials.”
“We built Wisdom initially just for ourselves to manage the agency more efficiently,” he added. “Speaking with other agencies, we realised they were all facing the same challenges – so we recreated it as a scalable platform that could serve multiple businesses.”
Development has been led by Craig Sledmore, founding development engineer, who continues to steer its growth with new features such as the integration of AI-powered insights, allowing teams to spot opportunities, stay on budget, and make better operational decisions.
While built with marketing agency experience, Wisdom is also proving a valuable tool for other, similar service industries including consultancies and solicitors who need to manage a wide range of time based projects and clients using one integrated platform.
