York-based Wrapped Agency has made two senior appointments and promoted five members of its team after securing new client briefs.
Andi Olssen has joined the fast-growing agency as creative lead, while Sarah Todd has been appointed senior account manager as the agency continues to grow its work with organisations in regulated sectors.
Olssen will lead Wrapped’s creative team across brand, campaigns and digital, providing senior oversight across the agency’s output. He will also help develop its film, video and motion capabilities into a broader client offering.
He has more than 25 years of creative experience, producing work for global brands across luxury travel, consumer goods, health and beauty, and fashion. He also holds a master’s degree in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London.
Olssen, pictured with Sarah Todd, said: “Organisations across regulated sectors are doing remarkable work, particularly in areas such as healthcare and fintech. The creative opportunity is to keep questioning what is expected, push ideas further and show clients what is possible while working confidently within the requirements that shape their sectors.
“I want our work to be distinctive and have a spark to it. My role is to bring another senior perspective to the creative process, help the team build on its ideas and add an extra layer of attention to detail before work reaches the client.”
Todd brings more than a decade of experience spanning communications, content, account management and project management in agency and in-house roles.
Her background includes healthcare, behaviour-change campaigns and work for public-sector and purpose-led organisations. She has also developed strategies, content, messaging frameworks and value propositions.
At Wrapped, she will work across the agency’s client base, helping teams navigate complex briefs, manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects.
Todd said: “Trust is the most important part of a client relationship. The best work happens when clients know we are working with them, rather than simply working for them.
“I enjoy getting into the detail, understanding the bigger picture and helping clients maintain momentum across complex projects. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships at Wrapped and becoming a trusted partner to the organisations we support.”
The agency has also announced five internal promotions across its leadership and specialist teams.
Erin Eady has been promoted to digital director and Solveig Helga becomes account and project management director.
Martin Jackson has moved up to senior search specialist, while Caitlin Desa and Joe Martindale have been promoted to search specialist and web developer respectively.
Mark Robinson, co-owner and chief commercial officer at Wrapped Agency, said: “The new work coming into the agency reflects the growing scale and ambition of the organisations choosing to partner with us. These appointments and promotions ensure we have the senior thinking, specialist expertise and delivery capability to support them as their briefs become larger and more complex.”
