Wild PR is assisting UKCaravans4Hire.com in its quest to find the UK’s favourite country pub to uncover hidden gems within the UK hospitality sector.

Wild PR was appointed by UKCaravans4Hire last month, and the pair haven’t wasted any time in looking ahead to summer – Google trends data reveals that the search term ‘country pub’ has increased by 48 per cent since the dark, chilly nights of January.

With this in mind, the caravan holiday provider is looking for nominations of pubs of all shapes and sizes, with an aim to support hospitality businesses across the country and drive footfall during a tough time for many establishments.

Whether it is going for a Sunday roast with friends and family or going for a pint after a hike, country pubs are an integral part of British culture.

From a warm atmosphere, great food or fantastic customer service, UKCaravans4Hire.com will crown the champion based on authentic positive customer feedback.

The competition is open to nominations from UK adults which must be received by the deadline of midnight on Saturday, 1st July 2023.

Gareth Irving, MD at UKCaravans4Hire, said: “The cost of living crisis has profoundly impacted UK hospitality. As rising expenses and operational overheads continue to mount, our cherished country pubs are facing significant challenges in maintaining their unique character and affordability.

“It’s important that we recognise the crucial role that our local country pubs play in our communities. So, if you are a fan of cosy fireplaces, hearty meals, and a pint of ale and enjoy the warm hospitality and rustic charm of a traditional British pub, then make sure you nominate your champion!”
