WANdisco PLC has renewed its software support and maintenance contract with Tesco Stores Ltd to 2025.
The Sheffield-based data migration platform said the renewal is valued at £200,000 and covers support and maintenance associated with Tesco usage of WANdisco’s Live Data Plane product.
WANdisco said it expects to recognise revenue from the contract renewal from the third quarter of 2023.
WANdisco has committed to greater transparency following the disruption caused by possible fraud by a member of its sales team. It said in a statement: “The company continues to endeavour to share with investors news of new contracts and renewals, including those of smaller sizes, in order to communicate the ongoing progress being made in re-engaging with current and prospective customers and positioning WANdisco for long-term growth and success.”
WANdisco shares were suspended from trading in March, following the discovery of the possible fraud on its books.
