Pace IT, a Wakefield technology specialist, has revealed its rebrand to Propel in order to align its services and solutions with businesses’ evolving needs.
The rebrand follows a period of research to gather insights from the business, market and customers, and is intended to push forward the strong foundations of the business while updating its focus and reflect its growth from a software development agency to a comprehensive tech consultancy.
Propel was founded in 2007 and now has a team of 45, working with clients including JCB, SSE, Your Move and Smurfit Kappa.
Andrew Brown, Managing Director at Propel, said: “We are unique in that we have skillsets in both legacy and new software technologies which enables us to see the full picture and ensure we are solving the right problems to help businesses effectively manage change.
“The new brand firmly communicates this focus while highlighting that we can help businesses strategically as well as with implementation and support.”
Helen Walker, Head of Marketing, added: “In undertaking the rebrand from Pace IT to Propel we have followed the same advice we give our clients, which is to define what’s possible and make it happen. Our new brand identity captures our vision, mission, values and purpose and gives voice to our people.
“The rebrand will include values training for staff across our newly identified CARE values: Collaboration, Aspiration, Resolve and Enhance, which have been built to keep us focused on the human needs behind technology, ensuring we put people at the heart of all our solutions.”
