Manchester-based Oracle HCM, Payroll, ERP, SCM and OCI partner Symatrix has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Applications Software Technology (AST), a leading digital transformation solutions provider. The acquisition of Symatrix is the latest step in AST’s global expansion.

Symatrix brings an established UK customer base that strengthens AST’s vertical expertise across numerous industries and provides a platform to further expand in emerging sectors. The deep consulting capabilities of Symatrix will also expand AST’s capabilities across Oracle Cloud Applications, including Supply Chain and Human Capital Management.

Following the transition, Brooks and the rest of the Symatrix leadership team will remain in their roles, with a renewed focus on expanding the UK customer base with a new suite of offerings and delivery geographies from AST.
