Three-quarter billion funding champion makes Leeds director appointment

YFM Equity Partners (YFM) has appointed Adam Milner as portfolio director in Yorkshire, reinforcing its national portfolio team and expanding its capacity to support value creation across a growing number of high-performing, high-growth businesses.

Based in Leeds, Adam brings significant experience in partnering with management teams to drive growth, transformation and performance. His appointment marks the latest phase of continued expansion at YFM, following several recent hires across the firm’s investment and portfolio teams.

In recent months, YFM has also welcomed investment manager Ross Simpson to its Leeds office, as well as fellow investment mangers Julia Guy and Srikar Karri, both London based.

The appointments strengthen YFM’s ability to originate, execute and support growth capital and buyout investments across the UK.

Joining at such a positive moment in YFM’s growth is genuinely exciting, and I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to the portfolio and working closely with teams across the UK to support scale, performance and long-term value creation.”
