Tall lands Paranova brand and digital brief following Coveris transition

Digital experience and brand agency Tall has been appointed by print and packaging business Paranova following its transition from Coveris to an independent company.

Tall will work across brand strategy, positioning, visual identity and digital experience as Paranova looks to establish a clearer identity following the change.

Paranova operates across 14 UK and European sites, producing packaging for customers across food, FMCG and other industries. The brief will also explore how its brand can support expansion into new markets.

The programme will include a new visual identity and tone of voice, strategic messaging, sales and customer communications and a redesigned website, which is due to launch in early 2027.

Guy Utley, Executive Creative Director at Tall, said: “Paranova is at a really interesting point in its journey. There is already a huge amount of capability, experience and momentum within the business, and our role is to make sure the brand reflects that properly.

“The opportunity is bigger than creating a new look and feel. We’re helping Paranova define what it wants to be known for, how it stands apart in a very competitive market and how that thinking translates across its messaging, identity, digital experience and customer communications.”

Paranova was established as Paragon Print and Packaging in 1994 and specialises in products including self-adhesive and linerless labels, lined board, cartons and trays.

Sian Bates, Marketing Manager at Paranova, said: “Becoming Paranova has given us the opportunity to think much more deliberately about the kind of business we want to build and how we want to be understood by our customers, our people and the wider market.

“We have a huge amount of experience and capability across the business, but we also want to retain the agility, relationships and personality that make us different. Tall understood that balance very quickly.”

Leeds-based Tall, which launched in 2008, specialises in brand and digital experience.
