Sumo Digital has appointed Holly Youdan to head up talent acquisition across its studios.
The former England Indoor Cricket player joins from Brighton-based Saas company, Brandwatch.
“Holly’s experience of recruitment in a people and tech based business makes her a great addition to the Sumo team. Communication comes easily to Holly and as recruitment is all about establishing relationships at every level her skills and enthusiasm will help us continue to hire the best talent,” said Paul Porter, managing director of Sumo Digital.
Youdan will be based in Sheffield, but handle recruitment across the business, including Nottingham, Newcastle and Pune in India.
“I realised quite quickly that Sumo Digital is a place that cares about its employees. With an open way of communicating with each other, the culture is one of collaboration, accountability and a desire to keep getting, and being, better at everything. I am excited to be helping write the next chapter of Sumo’s story and building continued success for 2018 and beyond,” she said.
The company currently employs more than 500 staff.
