STV Studios has added to its senior unscripted team.
Commercial Director, Camilla Cope has been promoted to Director, Commercial & International – Unscripted, while Head of Production, Sarah Forster becomes Director of Production – Unscripted.
Both will report to Paul Sheehan, STV Studios’ Chief Operating Officer.
Cope has been Commercial Director since April 2024 and in the new role, she’ll lead the commercial strategy across its unscripted labels, to “maximise the value” of content from financing through to international distribution and licensing.
Her brief will be to focus on international expansion, in particular across the United States.

Before its acquisition by STV Studios in 2024, Cope was Commercial Director at Greenbird Media, where she oversaw the global rollout of international hit format, LEGO Masters.
“I’m delighted to step into this role at such a pivotal time for the industry. In an increasingly challenging market, a strong and aligned commercial strategy is more important than ever, and I’m looking forward to working with our creative leaders to build on the group’s international momentum, strengthen partnerships and drive long-term growth for STV Studios,” she said.
Forster’s promotion means she’ll cover more of STV Studios’ unscripted operations – STV Studios Factual, Flicker Productions, Primal Media and Rumpus Media.
Based in Glasgow, she will lead production for unscripted, overseeing end-to-end operations from development to delivery.
“There’s a broad range of bold and exciting projects in development across our unscripted label portfolio at STV Studios, powered by an amazing pool of creative talent,” she added.
“I’m proud of what we have achieved within STV Studios Factual, and as we continue to build on that success, I’m also looking forward to collaborating with our wider unscripted labels to bring these projects to life for broadcasters and streamers both here in the UK and overseas.”
