Strong growth leads to Mustard promotions

Mustard has made a trio of appointments following “strong second-half growth” in 2025.

The Manchester research agency has name Claire Borthwick and Hannack Crayk as Research Directors, while Richard Lomax becomes Associate Director.

“At Mustard, our approach is based around a senior team of experienced specialists working together with our clients to deliver difference making research,” said Andrew Wiseman, Strategy Director at Mustard.

“Claire, Hannah and Richard have all made significant contributions over the last few years with their methodological, theoretical and sector expertise, bringing benefits to our team dynamic, thinking and crucially, the work we do for clients. We’re excited to see and experience their future influence as they continue their next steps with Mustard.”

Borthwick joined Mustard in June 2024 having previously been at Hall & Partners in Melbourne. She’ll lead the agency’s Behavioural Science practice. 

Crayk has been at the company since she left Linney in 2022. Prior to that she spent 11 years at MHM. Her focus is on leading its culture and leisure work. 

Finally Lomax has worked at Mustard since 2023 after 7 years at Join The Dots / InSites Consulting.
