“Six-figure” Manchester high-rise signage brief for OOH specialist

Full-service provider of traditional and digital signage solutions Astra Group has been appointed by developer Renaker to deliver the signage for its much-anticipated new development – Vista River Gardens.

Set within the Castlefield Conservation area of Manchester city centre, on the banks of the River Irwell, the impressive 55-storey tower will provide elevated riverside living when it completes in November 2025, coupled with four floors of exceptional facilities.

The six-figure brief sees Astra Group responsible for designing, manufacturing, and installing interior and exterior wayfinding signage at Vista River Gardens, to help residents and visitors navigate the impressive destination.

Products will include interior directional signage graphics, exterior double-sided free-standing totems, and exterior directional finger posts.
