Sheffield agency Objective to sponsor city’s Waterfront Festival

Sheffield-based B2B creative marketing agency, Objective, has been confirmed as a sponsor of the 2022 Sheffield Waterfront Festival.

The Canal and River Trust event, which comes to Sheffield’s historic Victoria Quays and Attercliffe’s Don Valley Moorings on September 17, will celebrate the history and legacy of the Sheffield and Tinsley Canal.

The day, which runs from 10am to 4pm at the Quays and 11am to 3pm at the Moorings, will include boat trips, canoe and paddle boarding taster sessions, circus skills workshops and entertainment by local performers.

There will also be arts and crafts, stonemasonry workshops, activities and stalls from local businesses and charities.

The Canal and River Trust, the charity that works to maintain and improve the nation’s 2,000 mile canal network, has earmarked Sheffield as one of its priority areas.
