Astra Group has named David Mulligan as the new Managing Director of its Signage and Digital Division.
The ‘significant’ appointment for the Manchester traditional and digital signage firm comes as it promotes Stephen Burns to Operations Director.
Mulligan brings more than 15 years experience to the business and was most recently Operations Director at PFI.

In the newly created role, he’ll be responsible for driving expansion across the business as it increases its national and international operations. He’ll be responsible for all design, fabrication and installation services.

The group has also promoted Head of Production, Stephen Burn, to Operations Director. Burns only joined Astra in September last year, following 14 years at isGroup.
