Roxy Leisure appoints Good n’ Proper

Roxy Leisure has appointed fellow Leeds-based company Good n’ Proper as its retained digital marketing agency.

The agency will use paid media advertising and email marketing to drive both pre-booked revenue and non-branded awareness across Roxy’s 17-strong estate. The long-term commitment comes after Good n’ Proper helped to successfully launch Roxy’s new family-focused concept, King Pins, into Trafford Palazzo last summer.

Roxy Leisure is preparing to open its 18th site in York later this year, with more venues to follow up and down the country across its well-loved Roxy Lanes, Roxy Ball Room and King Pins concepts.

This is the second hospitality business that Good n’ Proper has partnered with in recent weeks, following the announcement of paid social work with Mission Mars.

Nadia Jackson, head of marketing at Roxy Leisure, said: “We’re thrilled to announce our continued collaboration with Good n’ Proper. Ever since the successful launch of King Pins they have proven to be an invaluable partner, so it was a no-brainer to extend this partnership to Roxy Leisure. As we embark on an exciting 2024, we are confident that Good n’ Proper’s expertise will play a vital role in our planned growth.”

Phil Leather, founder of Good n’ Proper, said: “Roxy has been a Leeds institution for a decade, so we’re chuffed to be working with such a great group of people. Their expansion across the UK is well deserved and isn’t showing any signs of stopping.

The results from the King Pins launch showed the team what we can do, and we’re excited to use that expertise to help grow the business further.”
