Restaurant and bar group launches loyalty app


The restaurant and bar company behind The Botanist and The Florist brands has released a customer loyalty app.

Cheshire’s The New World Trading Company will be releasing it next month to promote its 22 venues across the country. It’s part of a wider expansion plan, with half a dozen new venues opening over the next year.

“We’re bucking the trend and growing in a competitive market, and it’s important we thank our customers for helping make this possible. ‘My New World’ rewards customer loyalty with strong levels of credits that can be quickly accrued and turned into valuable discounts to enjoy in any NWTC venue,” explained Chris Hill, chief executive of NWTC.

“Rewarding customer loyalty, whilst also better engaging with customers on-the-move, will help us grow our customer base in line with our national expansion programme.”

As well as rewards, the app will help people find their nearest NWTC venue; make bookings; view menus; and purchase gift cards.
