SHIFT Marketplace, the digital retail company founded by former Epiphany duo, Shane Quigley and Tom Bagnall has hired 4 new staff.
The Leeds-based firm says it has won 11 clients wins since its launch in December.
“It has been a remarkable trading period for us, our offering seems to resonate perfectly with business owners during uncertain economic conditions as we look to continue to grow our business alongside client revenues,” explained Commercial Director, Bagnall.
Among the new recruits are Operations Director, Marc Lupton, who was previously Amazon Client Manager at CMS Distribution. His role will be to oversee the set-up and performance of all clients.
Matt Riddell, takes up the role of Strategy Partner, having been at Brass for 3 years. Also joining the agency are Stefan Gandhi and Adam Wilton.
“We saw a gap in the market a year ago for a marketplace managed service run entirely by seasoned professionals with genuine marketplace trading experience,” said Steven Berke, Co-Founder and Managing Director, SHIFT Marketplace.
“In a sea of ‘agencies’ offering diluted services and limited expertise, our team comprises senior level retailers with a combined experience of over 40 years in the marketplace space. We’ve been delighted by the early response to our proposition and we now embark on scaling our business with the next tranche of key strategic hires to mirror our growth”.
SHIFT Marketplace was established to help brands “harness the fastest growing direct to consumer retail channel.”
