Razorblue has reported its biggest year of growth to date, with revenues up 48% to £12m.
The Catterick-based managed IT service provider currently employs more than 150 staff, with plans to add 40 more over the next year.
“We continue to implement our growth strategy through geographical expansion, having completed another acquisition with others in the pipeline,” said CEO, Dan Kitchen.
“We have also launched our own digital academy, working closely with local colleges, to help create the IT networking, development and security skills we urgently need in our industry.”
The company acquired SARN Technologies last year, to expand its reach into Scotland and it recently opened new offices in Teesside and Scotland to accommodate the new recruits.
“This has been yet another phenomenal year of growth for the business. As expected, to facilitate this growth we continue to add new people to our ever-expanding teams enabling us to be positioned even better for faster growth in the next financial year,” added Commercial Director, Mark Wilkinson.
“I joined the company in September 2012 when the turnover was less than £1m, and to see our growth strategy deliver so successfully is really exciting.”
