Liverpool’s Quirky Digital has welcomed a new head of SEO to its senior team.
Rachel Walton, whose previous roles include head of SEO at Castle International and senior organic performance manager at Manchester’s Wavemaker, was “headhunted” by agency founder Liam Quirk after, he said, establishing herself as one of the leading SEOs in Liverpool, working alongside other members of Quirky Digital’s SEO team in other roles.
She brings a wealth of experience working with local, national and international clients and her role will include key responsibilities such as leading organic SEO projects from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical SEO and on-page optimisation as well as working alongside directors to manage, train and grow the SEO team.
Quirk said: “Rachel is a significant hire to help us accelerate our organic SEO offering and take our internal processes to the next level. She shares our vision of wanting to build an SEO agency in Liverpool that can compete with the known agencies across other cities in the UK.
