Quadruple transport win as North West agency celebrates 20 years in business

Full-service North West marketing agency Agent has secured a quadruple of major transport sector appointments, including Warwickshire County Council, TfGM, the RHA (Road Haulage Association) and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as it celebrates both its 20th anniversary and its expanding expertise across the transport and logistics sectors.

The new engagements include a major bus marketing campaign for Warwickshire County Council, the development of RHA’s pioneering Wellbeing Charter, and being reappointed to deliver strategy and creative support via Transport for Greater Manchester’s (TfGM) new multi-year marketing frameworks. Agent is also delivering Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s “Let’s Bus It” campaign, helping to encourage more people to travel by bus across the region as it moves towards increased London/Manchester-style local control over public transport.

The latest wins build on Agent’s growing portfolio of transport clients, with the agency delivering strategic consultancy, creative support and integrated communications to organisations across the sector.

Paul Corcoran, founder and CEO of Agent, said: “Transport is one of the UK’s most important sectors. It keeps people connected, underpins our economy and is undergoing huge transformation as organisations embrace new technology, decarbonisation and changing customer expectations.

“We’re proud that these organisations have chosen Agent to help tell their stories and drive their good growth. We enjoy working with businesses and public sector partners that are making a genuine difference, whether that’s improving public transport, developing new technologies or helping drive more sustainable ways of travelling.

“These appointments reflect the strength of the team we’ve built and the relationships we’ve developed across transport, logistics and infrastructure. We’re looking forward to working closely with our clients and achieving their ambitions over the months and years ahead.”

Alongside its transport expertise, the agency works across sectors including net zero and clean growth, placemaking and regeneration, advanced manufacturing and professional services.

The new appointments continue a hectic year for two-decade-old Agent, which has studios in Liverpool and Manchester, following its B Corp certification and re-inclusion in the prestigious Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list.
