Yorkshire direct mail company, Propack, is undergoing a strategic restructure following record growth.
The firm, which is this year marking its 30th anniversary, is projecting turnover to reach £11.6m at year end, which would be up 28%.
In the restructure, owner and MD, Jason Clough will move into the role of CEO so as to focus on long-term strategy and growth.
Emily Peacock has been promoted to Commercial Director and Molly Turner becomes Sales Director.
“Reaching 30 years in business is a huge milestone, but what’s most exciting is where we are today. The changes we’ve made to our structure, our people and our approach have created a stronger, more agile business that’s built for the future,” said Clough.

“We’re seeing that reflected in our growth, in the clients we’re working with, and in the opportunities ahead. Propack today is more than a mailing house, we’re a modern, solution-led partner helping our clients to adapt and succeed in an ever-changing landscape.”
In January the Huddersfield firm achieved its highest monthly turnover to date, following wins from Blacker Hall Farm, Car Finance 24-7 and Eden Valley Hospice.
Propack employs 57 staff – up from 52 last year – and now operates a 24 hour production cycle, producing 35m+ mail packs each year.
