Prolific North turns spotlight on Lancashire’s growing digital and tech sector

After successful launches across Greater Manchester, Liverpool City Region, West Yorkshire and the North East, Prolific North is turning its attention to Lancashire with the latest edition of its GRAFT Regional Tech Champions initiative.

The campaign will spotlight the businesses, pioneers and innovations shaping Lancashire’s digital and tech economy, while digging into what the region needs to support its next wave of growth.

Backed by leading accountancy firm PM+M and expert law firm Farleys Solicitors, the Lancashire edition will be anchored by a dedicated editorial series over the next 12 months, exploring the county’s strengths, successes, roadblocks and opportunities for the future.

From the sectors and businesses putting Lancashire on the map to investment, emerging talent and the ambitions of its start-ups, spin-outs and scale-ups, the series will take a closer look at where the region is gaining ground and what could unlock its long-term potential.

Alongside the editorial coverage, Prolific North is gearing up to host an exclusive, invite-only roundtable on 10 November at Farleys’ Burnley offices, bringing together tech and digital leaders, investors and key figures from across the ecosystem to share their experiences, challenges and priorities for the region.

Stephen Bolton, Associate Partner – Business Development at Farleys Solicitors, said: “Farleys Solicitors is proud to support Lancashire’s thriving creative and tech sectors, we want to help recognise and celebrate the vital role they play in driving innovation, economic growth, and investment across the region.

“By supporting the sector, Farleys is helping to foster collaboration, champion emerging talent and contribute to the continued success of Lancashire as a hub for creativity, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement.

“We’re excited to be teaming up with Prolific North to deliver this campaign, shining a spotlight on one of Lancashire’s key growth sectors”.

Through our work with businesses across the county, we see first-hand the talent, entrepreneurial spirit and innovation that exists throughout the industry.

“That’s why we’re proud to support Prolific North’s Regional Champions initiative.
