Prolific North Champions Awards returns for 2024!

We are excited to announce the Prolific North Champions Awards, which celebrates the incredible companies and talent across the North, is returning next year.  

Renowned as Prolific North’s biggest flagship awards, the live awards ceremony will be hosted on 9 May 2024 at Emirates Old Trafford, Lancashire Cricket Club.

Over the past 11 years, the Champions Awards continues to recognise the individuals, teams or companies who go above and beyond across the creative, digital and tech sectors to put the North on the map. 

Early bird entries are now officially open until 2 February 2024 so we can now introduce a number of new – and familiar returning – categories you can enter.

Categories

To recognise agencies, productions and creatives, there are plenty of categories to pick from including: New Agency to Watch, Independent Agency of the Year, Creative Studio of the Year and more.

Whether it’s a campaign or innovation you want to shout about, there’s a variety of categories to choose such as: B2B Marketing Campaign of the Year, B2C PR Campaign of the Year, Innovation of the Year. 

Proud of your tech-driven company or work? There’s a number of categories you can enter including: Tech Company of the Year, Tech for Good Award, Tech Platform of the Year, and Web/Product Development Agency of the Year.

For those celebrating teams and organisations, awards up for grabs include: New Brand to Watch, Best Workplace Award, Best In-House Marketing Team, Fastest Growing Company of the Year and plenty more.

There will be three free-to-enter categories this year, two of which celebrate talented individuals in the North. They are Prolific Leader of the Year, Prolific Rising Star of the Year and Not-for-profit campaign of the year. Take a look at the full list of categories and criteria here.

Judges and process

As part of the awards process, we once again will have an independent, industry-leading panel who will come together to score the entries, compile the shortlist and ultimately, decide the winners who will take home those coveted trophies!

They will include Ben Davies, group marketing director at Praetura; Simon Donohue, strategic communications lead at Transport for Greater Manchester; Arafra Heneghan, director of brand at AO Retail; Gill Riley, marketing director at Quorn Foods UK, with more to be revealed soon.
