Prolific North and former Search Laboratory CEO launch growth programme for agency leaders

Prolific North has teamed up with Chris Attewell, former CEO of Search Laboratory, to launch Prolific Agency Labs – a new strategic training programme designed to help agency leaders reset, refocus and build sustainable growth.

Prolific Agency Labs kicks off on 24 September with three full-day workshop sessions delivered over three months, alongside one-to-one coaching from industry expert Chris Attewell, who successfully scaled Search Laboratory to 150+ staff before leading the agency’s sale to Havas.

Built around Attewell’s Agency House framework, the programme is aimed at agency owners, with annual revenues between £500,000 and £2.5m, where they will learn how to deconstruct and rebuild their businesses for better scale, profitability and resilience in an AI era.

The Agency House Model looks to simplify the process of growing a successful agency by focusing on four key pillars that support long-term growth and profitability: clients, new business, innovation and people. 

The launch comes at a pivotal time for the agency sector as according to the latest BenchPress report, while many agencies are reporting revenue is up, profits are still being squeezed and overheads are climbing as AI continues to reshape the industry landscape.

Through Prolific Agency Labs, agency leaders will leave with a refreshed agency value proposition, clearly defined growth targets, an innovation roadmap, a repeatable new business playbook, financial forecasts and a people strategy to support future expansion.
