North West marketer APS Group, which operates several offices across the UK, Europe and North America as well as its Greater Manchester HQ, has welcomed back three former employees to senior roles after building their careers elsewhere in the creative industry.
The trio have returned to take on bigger roles and fresh challenges as the global marketing services company, continues to grow its team and client base.
Granit Zeneli and Nicol Pomfret have both returned to APS as senior account managers, having previously worked as account managers, while Tayler Regan has rejoined as senior project manager after also previously holding an account manager role.

Laura Fox, creative and content business director at APS Group, said: “It’s brilliant to have Granit, Tayler and Nicol back at APS. They’re all talented marketers who made a big impact during their time here, so seeing them choose to return at different stages of their careers is something we’re really proud of.
“Of course people move on for all sorts of reasons, and gaining experience in different businesses and sectors can be an important part of someone’s career. They’ve each come back with new skills, experience and perspectives that make our teams even stronger.
“For me, it also says a lot about the culture we’ve built at APS. We want people to enjoy working here, have opportunities to develop and feel there’s a place for them as their careers progress. Seeing people who already know and recognise APS choose to come back and be part of what we’re building is a great reflection of that.”
The latest appointments follow a history of former employees returning to APS and progressing their careers within the business, with account director Louisa Valentine also returning to APS after gaining experience at two other Manchester agencies, having previously worked as an account manager during her first stint with the company.
Zeneli spent around four years at APS before working across private, public sector and automotive clients elsewhere, returning when the opportunity arose to step up to senior account manager.
Pomfret spent two-and-a-half years at APS before gaining further experience at Manchester agencies Creative Spark and Refinery, and also returns as senior account manager.
Regan is back six years after leaving APS, joining its Retail & Brand Experience Team as senior project manager after reconnecting with colleagues at a store opening.
Pomfret said: “Returning as a senior account manager has given me the opportunity to bring back the experience I’ve gained elsewhere while taking on a fresh challenge. It’s been great to see how much the business has grown since I was last here, with exciting new clients, some fantastic household brands, and even more opportunities across the business.
Zeneli added: “Having worked across a range of agencies and sectors, I gained some great experience, but my time at APS always stood out. When the opportunity came up to return in a more senior role, it felt like the right move at the right time.
“The business has grown significantly, with some exciting new clients and opportunities, so it was an easy decision to rejoin.”
