After nearly two decades at the helm of The Orchard Agency, owner and MD Mike Carter has made the decision to retire and step away from the business he helped build.
Orchard has been a specialist in digital, creative and marketing recruitment since 1992, so it fully recognises the importance of continuity in a successful transition while still delivering world-class recruitment services to clients. As a result, Orchard is pleased to announce that current recruitment director, Andy Chesters will be stepping up into the role of managing director.
Chesters has been with the agency since 2002 and played an integral part of its success over the years,. He said: “Mike has been a much-loved leader of the company. Setting and upholding the values and standards that Orchard is known for, we wish him all the best for the future. This is an exciting time for myself and the amazing team we have here at Orchard.”
Andy added that he is looking forward to building on the past successes of the team, while continuing to grow The Orchard Agency for the future.
