The One Show to reveal if Liverpool will host Eurovision Song Contest

The BBC has confirmed that Liverpool will find out tonight if it will be hosting the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest.

The city is up against Glasgow to stage the event, after 20 bidding cities were narrowed down to 2.

“The finish line is finally in sight, because I can confirm that on the One Show tonight, Graham Norton will finally reveal which city will be hosting the Eurovision Song Contest,” said BBC Radio 2’s Ken Bruce.

The UK is hosting the 67th Eurovision competition on behalf of Ukraine, which won the event this year.

Should it head to Liverpool, it would be held at the city’s 11,000 capacity M&S Bank Arena.
