Northern Artillery, the Leeds agency launched in January by a trio of former IMA figures, has been appointed to work with build-to-rent developer and operator Moda Living.
The agency will deliver creative, digital, 3D and film projects across the entire Moda Living portfolio of rental neighbourhoods, which operate nationwide – collaborating with its in-house team to produce creative assets for all neighbourhoods.
Moda and Northern Artillery’s work will reflect the brand’s core principles of customer experience, ESG, wellbeing, and use of technology. This will appear across assets including brochures, hoarding, social media video, brand videos, graphics, websites and more.
The partnership also encompasses Moda’s single family homes under the ‘Casa by Moda’ brand, which is building 1,000 new suburban homes for rent.
