Leeds-based creative agency Northern Artillery has delivered a new digital experience for PLATFORM_, one of the UK’s leading developers in the burgeoning Build to Rent (BTR) housing market.
PLATFORM_ is an award-winning investor, developer, operator and asset manager of institutional-quality rental communities across the UK, with a developed portfolio and pipeline of over 4,000 apartments across 12 towns and cities.
The new digital “platform” is intended to strengthen PLATFORM_’s position as a leading operator in the sector, bringing together advanced user experience features, contemporary design, and the latest web technologies. With improvements in speed, usability and accessibility, the refreshed experience provides a clear window into the brand’s story, portfolio and ambitions for future growth.
The whole experience is delivered through a brand new website built on a headless Strapi CMS, with the full design and development delivered in-house by Northern Artillery’s team in Leeds.
Recent milestones for PLATFORM_ include the completion of its ninth development – 464 apartments in Edinburgh in partnership with Heimstaden Bostad, the formation of a £150 million joint venture with Housing Growth Partnership for a tenth development in Leeds, and securing planning approval for the largest BTR scheme to date in Milton Keynes.
