I have been appointed to lead the future growth of the business, deliver shareholder returns and drive enterprise value. Above this, my appointment is a fantastic opportunity to bring real value and have a lasting positive impact on the lives of our people, customers and the communities within which we work and live. I have ambitious growth plans for the business and am really excited about the future.”
