North West-based full-service digital agency CTI Digital has appointed current head of delivery Katie Livingstone as its new general manager.
In her new role, Livingstone will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, focusing on delivery assurance, strategic execution and strengthening alignment of functional teams.
The appointment “demonstrates CTI Digital’s continuing commitment to governance and accountability as it expands its use of AI for operational improvement,” the agency said. It also follows on from another senior appointment at CTI earlier this year when Vivian Spencer, formerly CTO at Creation Agency, was named as the firm’s new Chief Technology Officer.
Christopher Burgess, CEO at CTI Digital, added: “Katie has consistently shown exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of both client strategy and agency processes. Her appointment as general manager is a testament to her dedication and the impact she has already made on our team.”
Livingstone, who previously held positions in project management and as head of delivery during her six-and-a-half years at CTI, prior to which she was a project manager at another North West agency, PushON, was looking forward to the new challenge: “I am delighted to take on the role of General Manager at such an exciting time for CTI Digital,” she said. “I look forward to working closely with our talented teams to continue delivering outstanding results for our clients and drive standards across the agency.”
