New AI-powered Amazon agency aims to be Frequently Full

Manchester-based marketplaces veteran Christopher Ball has launched Frequently.ai — an AI-powered agency providing Amazon marketing services to SMEs.

Frequently.ai offers a suite of services including copywriting, creative production and managing advertising campaigns.

Through a rethink of the agency model, the first point of contact is an intelligent chatbot, which can provide immediate support for thousands of queries, with human assistance only a click away. With a three-tiered approach – Free, Flex and Full – SMEs can choose the service package which works for them.

With Frequently Flex, service delivery begins with human-led research and insight and proceeds with AI-driven development, before an Amazon expert finalises and approves the output. Clients also receive full access to seller support, automated reporting and a range of monitoring tools to check for product changes, stock levels, review alerts and more.

Clients subscribed to Frequently Full receive the most hands-on experience, with a dedicated account manager leading strategy and managing campaigns.

The AI chatbot itself remains free for anyone to use at Frequently.ai, acting as a valuable resource for beginners in the Amazon marketplace.

Tailored for small to medium-sized businesses, Frequently.ai operates on a flexible subscription model, doing away with lengthy retained contracts.

Ball has over 13 years’ experience in the marketplaces industry, including leading marketplace growth at Silentnight Bedding and Chemist4U, and as head of marketplaces at performance marketing agency Journey Further.
