Mobedia creates animations for education charity

Mobedia has produced a series of animated videos for education charity, AQA.

The Manchester agency was commissioned to help introduce a new approach to performance management.

The five, vibrant, colourful films are intended to be positive and inclusive to help communicate the new ways of working.

“We all know that change can be received in different ways,” explained mobedia Creative Director, Gary Bannister-Simm.

“Our aim was to clearly communicate the benefits that effective performance management can bring using memorable and relatable content, whilst addressing common questions that people might have.”

Treatments were developed in partnership with AQA’s communications team, which included workshops at its Manchester office.

“It was great working with the team at mobedia,” added Anna Di Lorenzo, Organisational Development Manager at AQA.

“Our new performance approach is key to creating a great place to work and we wanted something fresh and aligned to our tone of voice to help us communicate the importance of our new ways of working.”
