Manchester-headquartered connectivity and cloud services provider M247 has announced it has invested in creating an “innovation team” to drive its product and service strategy.

The team of nine, comprising existing employees and a number of new recruits, will be based at the company’s Manchester HQ with the aim of eliminating silos from within the business.

The new appointments to the team include Nathan Carroll joining as Cloud Solutions Architect, David Palmer joining as Network and Security Product Manager, Auzzam Chaudri joining as Cloud product manager and Karthik Ramiya joining as Voice UC&C Solutions Architect.

They join existing employees Chris Beswick, Network Solutions Architect and Customer Solutions Architects Geoff Campos and James Smith.

The tech firm announced further appointments will be made to the team in the new year.

Speaking about the new team, Greg Hudson (pictured), Head of Technology said: “The people who form part of this team are a hand-picked group of highly experienced, experts who are used to working with C-Level decision makers and are not afraid to break down barriers and bring innovative thought leadership to the table for the benefit of the company and our customers.

“In such a fast-paced industry, it is vital to have a team like this at the centre of your organisation with a continual eye on the roadmap and continuing to innovate for the future and we know our customers can only benefit from these advances.”
