Manchester-founded fully remote software provider to the recruitment sector, Codatech, has rebranded as Finity, promising to trailblaze back office software that “marks the dawn of a recfintech revolution.”
Building on Codatech’s legacy in recruitment back office technology, the launch of Finity will, says the firm, transform the way the temporary recruitment sector operates, bringing financial unity to the industry for the first time.
Finity is a back office platform that enables recruitment agencies and umbrella companies to unify temporary worker placements and payments, streamlining operations into one ecosystem.
The Finity ecosystem reflects the firm’s mission to deliver financial unity to the recruitment industry by making paydays stress-free for agencies, ensuring accurate and timely payments to workers, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Codatech’s exisiting products, Codapay and Codabill, will become Finity Back Office, a simplified solution designed to move from timesheets and invoicing to payroll and payments seamlessly. The solution is built to process payroll at scale, speeding up payments in a way that traditional systems cannot manage efficiently.
It is supported by one of the only dedicated payment platforms on the market designed specifically for the recruitment industry, enabling the payroll to payments process to happen directly within the Finity system, with no bank file exports needed.
The Finity platform is further bolstered by a rewards feature, enabling clients to earn points for every timesheet or payslip processed. These can be redeemed in a variety of ways, including air miles, discounts, and a Finity rewards card.
Varun Monteiro, CEO of Finity, said: “Finity isn’t just a rebrand, it’s a leap into the future of recruitment fintech, and it represents our commitment to financial unity: connecting the disconnected to make paying and getting paid easy and rewarding for everyone.
“Powered by a unified, growing global team of 35, whose experience is grounded in the recruitment and technology space, Finity is a huge step towards revolutionising the digital landscape for the temporary staffing sector, which has unique needs that are often misunderstood or unmet by traditional payment and payroll providers.”
Since launch in 2016, Codatech has established itself as a leading provider in the recruitment back office. With its roots in Manchester, the company has since become a fully remote business, enabling it to attract the best talent from across the UK, and internationally.
Finity marks a major evolution for the recfintech company, which identified the key challenge for its customers being the disparity between the speed and volume of payments in the temporary recruitment sector and the technology available to support this.
“The recruitment industry supports the livelihoods of 1.6m temporary workers in the UK every month,” continued Monteiro. “It deserves a back-office solution that makes life better by offering accurate, easy to use technology with tangible rewards. Finity provides a superior solution to recruitment businesses and their temporary workers, helping reduce salary inaccuracies and delays, providing more financial freedom and socioeconomic mobility.”
