Liverpool agency creates brand for influencer Kristen Hanby

Kristen Hanby, who has more than 46million followers on social media, has been working with Liverpool agency, OneMay.

They’ve created the brand and packing for LOHA, Hanby’s new haircare business

Developed over the past year, OneMay has produced its identity and packaging, helped shape the product range and strategy.

Hanby explained that it was created as a “more accessible, less clinical” alternative in the category and as a direct response to his own experience of hair loss and what he felt was lack of options.

“I went looking for products to actually maintain healthy hair, something preventative rather than reactive. That gap bothered me. So I started LOHA,” he stated.

For the launch, OneMay said it created a bold visual identity and packaging system designed to stand out in a crowded market. The branding combines a simple stacked wordmark, direct messaging and bright, high-contrast colour palettes to create a look that “feels confident, modern and instantly recognisable across the range.”

“LOHA was a great brief for us because there was a genuine gap in the market and a clear ambition to do something different,” explained Lee Weaver, co-founder of OneMay.

“We’ve created a brand that feels bold, modern and direct, with packaging designed to stand out and build recognition from day one.”
