Leeds’ Little Agency has rebranded and reshuffled its leadership team.
As of today, the digital marketing agency will be known as One Degree North.
“The LITTLE Agency name and brand has served us well to help clients understand how we form a friendly and accessible extension of their own teams – in a way large, faceless agencies cannot. However, as our own and the wider business landscape evolves, so does the need to hone in on our proven ability to be a strategic guiding light for the businesses we work with,” explained Chris Hemingway, co-founder and director.
“When developing our new brand, we wanted to show that we are established, but without appearing drab and corporate, using a colour palette and shapes that evoke the night sky and the unwavering guidance of the North Star. Our new, more mature, look, feel and proposition is in keeping with the trust we instil in our clients, as we enable positive change through our vast experience and knowledge. Making money is nice. Making a difference is priceless.”
The work was undertaken by an in-house team.
To coincide with the rebrand, Grace Schofield, who originally joined the agency in 2015, as a marketing executive and rose to Head of Client Services, has now been promoted to Director. She’ll sit alongside existing directors and co-founders, Ian Richardson and Chris Hemingway.
“Over the past eight years, Grace has been instrumental in our success story. Her acumen, problem-solving skills and knack for asking the right questions have always been second to none. Chris and I are excited to work alongside her as co-director as we embark on our new adventure as One Degree North,” said Ian Richardson, founder and director.
“I’m thrilled to take on the role as a director, and the timing is perfect as we embark on our new strategic and creative direction. Our overall talented team has played a part in creating our new brand, and a key part of my new role is to attract and nurture talent as our business hits its 25% year-on-year growth target, I truly believe, with our new identity, the stars are aligned to achieve this.”
