The University of Salford has partnered with HighFive to develop an AI tool to improve the speed, accuracy and integrity of insurance claims processing.
HighFive is the tech subsidiary of law firm, HF, and the Spyglass Profiler project will use advanced AI and data analytics to produce detailed claimant profiles based on vast datasets, supporting legal and insurance professionals in making swift and informed decisions
“HighFive’s mission is to drive transformative technology in sectors where precision and speed matter most,” explained David Scott, Managing Director of HighFive.
“The Spyglass Profiler represents our dedication to innovation and partnership with academic excellence at the University of Salford.”
It’s the second artificial intelligence project in collaboration with the University, following ELI (Expert Legal Intelligence), an AI-driven claims handling solution.
“The University of Salford is thrilled to partner with HighFive once again. Spyglass Profiler will push the boundaries of AI in insurance, demonstrating how academic-industry collaborations can create real-world solutions for complex challenges,” added Professor Sunil Vadera, from the University of Salford.
