Jack Taylor

Leeds-based Axiologik has appointed 4 new members of staff as part of a major recruitment drive.

Joining the digital delivery tech consultancy are  Engagement Director, Richard Tulley; Delivery Manager, Louise Sewell; Dave Archbold as Product Manager; and Mark Greenley has become Product Principle.

Tulley’s role will be to develop a “diverse and inclusive organisation” and create a “high performing team.”

“I’m really looking forward to being more than my job description,” he explained.

“This means being able to contribute in a variety of ways, such as mentoring, volunteering, shaping our service offerings and practices and developing propositions. Equality, diversity, and inclusion are critical – I am excited about seeing those values being lived and breathed across all parts of our business, from the top down.”

Sewell moves from retail banking to the consultancy and will support the ongoing COVID 19 response and NHS Digital Vaccines Programme.

Meanwhile Archbold has worked across a number of companies including O2, Yodel and NHS SBS. He will help build its Product Practice.

Product Principle, Mark Greenley was behind Speedo’s 2012 digital platforms and has also worked at KCOM.

Jack Taylor, who joined the company in July as Head of Talent stated:

“It’s a very exciting time at Axiologik as the company continues to grow both client side and internally with these four new appointments. We’re also recruiting for around 14 more roles across all levels of the business and we’re keen to establish a truly diverse team with all different types of experiences and knowledge.”
