Award-winning Lincolnshire creative agency Laser Red has launched a new PR and comms service from its Grimsby HQ.
The company has appointed Alex Rimmer to head the launch. Rimmer offers 25 years’ experience in senior communications roles working with some of the UK’s biggest brands, most recently Co-op and Nisa, where he held the position of head of PR & communications. Rimmer joins the Laser Red team in the same role.
Rimmer will develop the new PR and communications service for the agency’s existing client-base and new prospective clients, offering a range of services covering strategy and planning, reputation management, media relations, internal communications and more, which will complement the existing digital services provided by Laser Red.

The move signals Laser Red’s growth plans. The agency offers a range of services including marketing, web design, branding and mobile app/ecommerce platform development. The addition of a PR and communications offering means Laser Red can now fulfil all of its clients needs with a full range of complimentary services.
