Kellogg’s wants memorabilia for exhibition before leaving Talbot Road

kellogs

Kellogg’s is calling for people to share memorabilia from their Trafford Park site for an exhibition ahead of a move to MediaCityUK in January.

The cereal giant has had its UK base at the Talbot Road site for 30 years. Archivists from the company’s worldwide HQ in Battle Creek, USA, will come to the UK at the end of the month to capture its Manchester history for the company archives.

They are asking whether people have a piece of history they would like to put in archives. It could be an old photograph, packaging, letter or story to share.

All contributions will be documented and shared as part of the ‘Farewell Talbot Road’ exhibition on site in December.

Please contact Emma at the Kellogg press office on pressoffice@kellogg.com before October 20th for the chance to be part of the archive and to share you piece of Talbot Road history.
