Retail apps specialist, One iota, has appointed Joe Till as its new CEO.
It marks a return for Till, who was one of the company’s first senior hires in 2016, then as Head of Multi-Channel Solutions.
He’s since held senior leadership and sales roles at retail technology firms, Sorted Group and OneStock. For the latter, he was part of their $72m Series B fund raise.

“Joe knows One iota, our customers and this market incredibly well. He was part of the business at an important stage in our journey and has since built deep experience across retail technology,” said Damien Hanson, Director at One iota.
“Bringing him back as CEO gives us the leadership we need as we move into the next phase of growth, while staying true to the problems we set out to solve for retailers.”
One iota works with retailers including Hugo Boss, SportsShoes.com, and JD Sports, connecting digital and physical retail operations.
“One iota has always focused on helping retailers deliver genuinely connected experiences, rather than adding complexity for the sake of it,” said Till.
“That mission feels even more relevant now. I’m excited to return to the business, build on the strong foundations already in place, and work closely with customers and partners as we scale the platform and the team.”
