International retailer hires Jaywing to handle customer experience


La Redoute has appointed data-powered integrated agency, Jaywing, as its customer experience and effectiveness partner.

Following a competitive five-way pitch, the Sheffield-headquartered agency will help La Redoute with its programme of digital transformation, supporting it in better understanding and improving customer experience.

Serving more than 10 million customers around the world, the brand wants to identify behaviour that will help it serve its existing client base and acquire new ones.

Jaywing will work to fulfil this requirement using advanced data science techniques and predictive modelling. The agency will use La Redoute’s data in order to support strategic decisionmaking and growth. It will also focus on the effectiveness of marketing communications for La Redoute, and reposition its credit offer.
