Manchester-based The Insights Family has announced it has appointed a new Managing Director alongside 11 new hires.
Will Pearce joins as Managing Director, where he will aim to drive the company forward with its growth and will report directly to The Insights Family founder and CEO, Nick Richardson.
Prior to joining the company, he held the position of Operations Director at ActiveWin Marketing for seven years following three years at IGT as Marketing Manager.
The company, which provides kids, parents and family market research, has hired an additional 11 members of staff across its research, commercial and data science teams with a current headcount at 67.
It plans to recruit a further 22 employees in a bid to expand across all departments.
