Digital marketing agency Novi has appointed a new Head of PPC as it looks to strengthen its paid media offering.
Tom Coad joins with experience across legal, financial services and e-commerce, and has previously worked with brands including THG, MyProtein, Slater & Gordon and Missguided.
In the role, he will lead Novi’s PPC activity, overseeing strategy and campaign performance, as well as the development of its paid media processes.
His background includes work across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social, alongside integrating CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Novi said his previous work includes reducing cost per lead, improving conversion rates and delivering lead growth through analytics and AI-led strategies.

The appointment is part of Novi’s ongoing investment in its PPC, SEO, paid social and data-led marketing capabilities. Novi, which was established in Lancaster in 2009, has offices in Manchester and London.
